Abstract

The emergence of insurance is related to the need for people to help each other in case of ever-increasing damages, and reinsurance to support each other those who manage the funds and insurance activities. In other words, it is about takingover the damage and the process of redressing as many shoulders as possible. ting the insurance of goods, persons and civil liability can be understood and applied correctly. Due to the accuracy, uncertainty and responsibilities they face at every step, property, personal and liability insurance, experience and current practice have necessitated the regulation of relations between individuals and legal entities taking part in insurance, as insured, and respectively the insurance companies, the goods and persons that are included in the insurance, the risks covered by the insurance, the rights and obligations incumbent on the insurance parties, etc. Knowing the meaning of some notions, such as: insurer, insured, insurance contract, beneficiary, insurance contractor, insured risk, insurance amount, insured amount, damage or injury, insurance indemnity, insurance premium, insurance duration, etc. the provisions of the normative acts regula.
