Abstract
Schottky photodetectors with Pt/SnS 2 /Al and Au/SnS 2 /Al structures exhibited better photodetection performances than Ohmic Al/SnS 2 /Al photodetectors, including tenfold higher responsivities, tenfold lower dark currents, and shorter response times.
