Abstract

Kounis综合征发病率较低，该文报道了一例患者被蜂蜇伤后出现全身瘙痒、心原性休克、ST段抬高，但并无胸闷、胸痛症状，冠状动脉造影可见右冠状动脉狭窄、痉挛，予以硝酸甘油冠状动脉注射后痉挛解除，ST段很快回落基线，症状消失，预后良好，分析为Ⅱ型Kounis综合征。.
