SYSTEM OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS

This article summarizes the modern concepts of the system of administrative proceedings (jurisdictional and management). On the basis of the theory of law and State governance theory, constitutional law, administrative law and process, the author proposed the joint concept of the system of the administrative process, which includes three components: administrative procedures, administrative jurisdiction and administrative jurisdiction.
