Abstract
The aim of the study was to investigate the Effects of Plyometric Training on Selected Physical Fitness Variables in Swimmers. Total sample size is 60. The subjects were randomly assigned to two equal groups of Thirty each and named as Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’. Group ‘A’ underwent plyometric training and Group ‘B’ underwent no training. The data was collected before and after six weeks of training. The data was analysed by applying Dependent‘t’ test technique and the level of significance was set at 0.05. The result revealed significant effect in increasing the explosive strength among the training group swimmers whereas the group which hasn't shown any increase in their respective explosive strength.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
