Abstract The cleaning and energy-saving environmentally friendly diesel engine, with the high pressure common rail fuel injection system, is the main driving force in the transportation sector. Being the core and key technology, the high pressure common rail fuel injection system is the inevitable developing trend of the future fuel injection system. The parameter optimization design of the high pressure common rail fuel injection system is of great practical significance to improve. the operation stability of common rail system. By up-grading the fuel control precision and optimizing the overall performance of the engine, the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction can be finally achieved.
