Abstract
The paper is devoted analysis of features of service-oriented architecture of the construction of information system. Service-oriented architecture is the approach to the implementation of information systems which focuses on the creation and use of services. The service-oriented architecture is primarily architecture that provides many mechanisms for flexible integration as elements of one system, and various information systems. For example, service-oriented architecture allows to solve the following tasks: reduction in the timing of the introduction of new elements of systems, rapid creation of new systems based on existing solutions; decrease in the cost of ownership of information system; reduction in the cost of integration; the increase the life of the system; the implementation of business processes is easy. The services that are part of the service-oriented architecture should satisfy the following conditions: constitute a multiple used business functions; determined by formal interfaces; have communication protocols which are independent of from the language platform and provide availability of information about location. We made the conclusion that evaluation of efficiency and development of Service-oriented architecture is possible with the use the CMMI model (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and other models created especially for this purpose.
