Research on Effective Mode of Cultivating Medical Students' Professional Spirit Based on Association Rules Analysis

At present, the tense doctor-patient relationship puts forward new requirements for medical personnel, who should have superb medical skills and complete medical ethics. Medical students, as future medical practitioners, are a special group in hospitals. They are in the actual environment of medical industry and are changing their roles from medical students to doctors. The development of medical reform has also promoted the continuous advancement of medical education. Medical colleges and universities should persist in cultivating professional talents who can master solid professional theory and practical knowledge and have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, aiming at the all-round development of medical students, and strive to improve the medical professional ethics of medical students. Professional spirit education runs through the training process of medical students, and we should pay attention to methods and approaches, including constructing the mode of professional spirit education for medical students, and exploring effective educational carriers and methods. In this paper, the association rules mining algorithm is applied to the field of medical students' talent information mining, and the effective mode of cultivating medical students' professional spirit is analyzed.
