Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of depth j ump training and maximal vertical jump training on the vertical j ump height and leg strength of sedentary college-age females. More specifically, this study compared the effects of an eight week training program utilizing the two different jumping programs by measuring vertical jump flight time and peak quadriceps torque.
