LEARNING PROCESS IN MUSIC AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF SECONDARY SCHOOL- ANALYSIS OF ELEMENTS FOR SHEET MUSIC AHD MUSIC LITERACY

Abstract

The report examines the curriculum in music at an early stage of secondary education and part of the course content approved by the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) textbooks applied in school in the school year 2019/2020. The focus is on analysis of the methodology of presenting the elements of a music literacy and writing music and proposals of various copyright collectives to create an appropriate and adequate learning environment, consistent with the Law on pre-school and school education. One of the main reasons for the creation of this law was to encourage individual development of each person using attractive forms of learning. After the analysis of the content of the curriculum in music at an early stage can ascertain their suitability to new ideas and positive trends in musical- educational process. Musical activities, tailoring teaching units are consistent with the age skills of students to perceive music and hearing their accumulated experience. Stands out is the great thematic richness associated with upgrading the basics in literacy and music note alphabet script. In different versions of music textbooks present various visual aids: interesting, fun and accessible for kids. The most important in one textbook music is the music itself. It is used to perform all tasks and objectives of music education and education in Bulgarian schools that occur only in a practical way - by participating in various musical activities. Knowledge of musical arts are important but they themselves do not develop and do not form the musical culture of students. Using the experience of children is extremely important to offer a smooth transition and maximum continuity in terms of expected knowledge, skills and competencies. The basic operation is the spiral, where very precise expands the music experience, introduces new concepts and knowledge that enrich different areas of musical art. Continuing and upgrading are efforts to rationalize the musical language detection and installation of emotional responsiveness, to stimulate interest and experience in communicating with music.A special place in musical-educational process is given to the teacher who has the opportunity to lead in the right direction their students and unobtrusively give them the right to be creators of modern times.
