Abstract

The article deals with the questions of vertically integrated oil companies (VIOC) in the modern structure of world oil business. The author treats them as the most important and the most efficient world oil companies. The necessity of oil branch restructuring is revealed by means of setting rational organizational structure, which meets market conditions, in other words, by the development of vertically integrated oil and gas companies.
