Abstract

In article the legal basis and practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on consideration of collective complaints to infringement of constitutional laws and freedom is analyzed. The separate attention is given a conflict question on treatment of terms “the constitutional complaint” and “collective (association) of persons” in a context of realization of the constitutional legal proceedings.
