GAMBARAN PERILAKU IBU HAMIL TENTANG PEMELIHARAAN KESEHATAN GIGI DAN MULUT DI KABUPATEN KARANGASEMTAHUN 2021(Studi dilakukan di lokasi KKN IPE Poltekkes Denpasar di Karangasem II Kabupaten Karangasem Tahun 2021)

Behavior is influenced by knowledge, behavior based on correct knowledge will last longer than behavior that is not based on knowledge. The maintenance of dental and oral health is very important for everyone, especially for pregnant women. This study aims to find out an overview of the behavior of pregnant women about the maintenance of dental and oral health at the location of KKN IPE Poltekkes Denpasar in Karangasem II Karangasem Regency in 2021. This type of research is descriptive with survey design. The number of respondents is 51 pregnant women. The results of this study showed that out of 51 pregnant women as many as 47.06% behaved to maintain good category dental and oral health, and 27.45% who behaved to maintain excellent dental and oral health with a category, 25.49% behave maintain the health of the dental and oral categories sufficiently and no one has a category need guidance. The average behavior of pregnant women is 72.25 with a good category. It concludes that the behavior of pregnant women about the maintenance of dental and oral health is mostly a good category.
