Training of Modern Apprenticeship Talents in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges

The purpose of modern apprenticeship system is to further deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation in Vocational education, promote the industry and enterprises to participate in the whole process of vocational education personnel training, and further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of vocational education personnel training. At present, the major higher vocational colleges should focus on the modern apprenticeship as the guidance, further deepen the training mode of various professions, and effectively improve the quality of vocational education personnel training in the new era. This paper takes Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry and Jiangsu Vocational College of Agricultural and Forestry as the research objects, aiming at the current situation of the development of modern apprenticeship system and the existing common problems.
