Teacher Characteristics that are in Line with Students Cognitive Learning Styles

Pupils come from a wide variety of types and backgrounds. The differences between them are in terms of race, religion, descent and gender. They also differ in terms of emotions, behaviors, abilities, talents and even talent tendencies. All this makes them adopt different learning styles. In line with the concept of every human being is different. God created human beings to have differences and similarities for us to know, share and learn from each other. These differences make each human being unique. Each student's learning style varies according to their level and ability. There are various types of learning styles such as behavioral learning styles, cognitive learning styles, independent learning styles and guided learning styles. They all have their own characteristics and advantages. Nevertheless, most schools as a whole adopt cognitive learning styles as the core of teaching in the classroom. Although this learning style is not necessarily suitable for every student, this is what is happening. This style of learning is referred to as the foundation of learning although specifically learning must involve cognitive, affective and psychological traits.
