Abstract

The article deals with the problem of determination of the concept of law in general theory of law. The author deals with various variants of the problem, as well as describes conceptually formed trends in law interpretations. The essence of multi-aspect approach to law is dealt with. The main idea of L.S. Yavich’s concept is developed in the article.
