Abstract

It was providing, that the process of monopolization process the capital has as positive and also negative consequences. Three important aspects of monopoly were analyzed in industry, trade unions and at state too. Certain basic steps, which must hinder to the process of monopolization the capitals and must be fixed in a socio-economic policy, tax law, strengthening of social responsibility and development of monopoly the knowledge. The considered sequence of decisions in limitation of monopolization will allow assisting creation of maximally favourable terms for development of innovative economy.
