In non-industrial nation like India, there is fast expansion in metropolitan solid waste because of urbanization and populace development. Organization of waste shifts with various components like expectation for everyday comforts, climatic condition, financial factor and so forth In this paper gives current situation of India as for civil strong waste amount, quality and its administration. We have introduced a concise outline of MSWM in Major urban areas medium scale towns and limited scope towns. We have likewise introduced some intriguing outcomes on MSWM of limited scope towns and their encompassing towns.
