Abstract

In the following article, I illustrate a principal conflict which objectively exists between the acts of Parliament and the implementation of the result of the statewide referendum. The article shows that democracy requires imposing the limitations on the acts of Parliament with respect to the implementation of the result of the statewide referendum in order to prevent that the Parliament's acts - in their effect - bypass the implementation of the result of the statewide referendum.
