Abstract
Parties to the conflict may together mediator. In case presents only one party, the mediator, upon request, will address the other party invitation written in order to inform and acceptance of mediation, with a deadline of 15 days. If one party refuses, in writing explicitly mediation or does not respond to the invitation or not present twice in a row on the dates fixed for signing the mediation, mediation is not acceptable.
