Abstract
Employee benefits program has been the concern of many companies in creating a suitable atmosphere in the workplace. Similarly, it has been done in PT CJI Pasuruan (CJIP). In some literature, the employee benefits program has been described that they were the factors which influence to employee morale and employee performance. The purpose of this study is to confirm that influence. In this study, the employee benefits programs are divided into 3 groups. These are economic employee benefits, facilitate employee benefits and services employee benefits. The results of study in CJIP have found that Economic employee benefits have negative impact but not significant on employee morale; Facilitate employee benefits have a positive and significant impact on employee morale; Services employee benefits have a positive and significant impact on employee morale; and Employee morale have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance.
