Abstract
After more than 20 years of development, China's retail e-commerce industry shows an explosive growth trend. At the present stage, the over-speed growth of the retail e-commerce industry has gradually leveled off, with many platforms showing a trend of giant standing. The rapid rise of emerging technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and cloud computing has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of retail e-commerce, and further exposed the problems of retail e-commerce. In order to satisfy consumers' high-quality and high-demand experience in the future, this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the development of retail e-commerce in China based on the analysis of big data.
