Abstract

In the article: The inexperience, fear and incompetence of teenagers are among the reasons why group crime is more common among them. The reasons for juvenile delinquency, their responsibilities and prevention, which have become a topical and wide-ranging topic of discussion in modern times, are explained, as well as the activities of the Commission for the Protection of the Rights and Affairs of Minors.
