Abstract

症例の概要：65歳の男性．歯の欠損および歯冠崩壊による咀嚼困難，審美不良を主訴に来院した．咬合支持の減少，咬合高径の低下，ならびに側方運動の障害を認めたため，治療用義歯にて咬合支持の回復と咬合挙上を行い，プロビジョナルレストレーションにて犬歯誘導を付与した後に，最終補綴装置を装着した．
