Abstract
A one belt, one road transportation network optimization model considering logistics performance is proposed to solve the problem of high consumption and low time uncertainty. According to the constraints of storage facilities in logistics network, transport network nodes are selected. Based on the selection of network nodes, a mixed integer programming model is established to optimize the transportation path of logistics network. The mathematical model of transportation network optimization is established by using stochastic constrained optimization method. The influence of average transportation speed and transportation time on transportation organization mode is analyzed. The experimental results show that the transportation cost of this model is lower than 33 million, and the transportation efficiency is as high as 91%.
