Defect and perfection of social security system for peasant workers - a case study of Guangdong and Shanghai model.

The peasant workers constitute a special community in the course of system vicissitude and society transformation.Peasant laborer's social security has become the social problem that needs urgent solutions.Taking Guangdong and Shanghai model as a case,the defects of social security system for peasant workers was analyzed in the following aspects:non-paying social secutity items,insurance rate,social security supply model and transfer and connection of social insurance relations.The policy suggestion were proposed,those are build a hierarchical classification security system,make policy to transfer personal insurance fund,develop reasonable ways to raise socurity fund.
