Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of legal balance in social relations. Aspects of formation of the notion of legal balance are considered. The problem is considered from the standpoint of the libertarian-legal juridical understanding. The article presents basic notions of the method of achieving legal balance. The method of achieving a legal balance can be used when creating or correcting legislation to establish fair legal relations in society. The article provides examples of correcting the norms of Russian legislation based on the regulations of the method of achieving legal balance.
