Abstract

增长和间充质的干细胞的 apoptosis 性质从外部血( PB-MSCs )导出的背景在剥夺在 vitro 调节以便在软骨 repair.Methods MSC 为自体同源的 PB-MSCs 应用评估可行性的组织缺氧和浆液下面被调查被 granulocyte 殖民地刺激动员进外部血因素( G-CSF )和 AMD3100.The 血样品从 rabbits.Adhered 房间的中央耳朵动脉被收集被红血球细胞溶解 b 获得当这二个条件联合了 together.Furthermore 时,效果更强壮, apoptosis 上的浆液剥夺的效果与 hypoxia.Conclusions PB-MSCs 的相比是更强壮的当 BM-MSCs.Their 区别和增长能力在关节的软骨修理的地里为局部缺血相关的房间治疗和织物工程使他们成为种子房间的新来源,拥有类似的显型。
