Abstract
[Objective] The application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in rapid detecting malachite green residues in aquatic products were explored. [Method] The malachite green residues and implicit malachite green in 43 aquatic products were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay rapidly. [Result] The detection rate of malachite green and stealth malachite green in aquatic products reached 6. 98%.[Conclusion]The rapid detection method can be used in large quantities and implicit malachite malachite green aquatic rapid screening.
