Study on Factors to Influence Living Quality Satisfaction of Land-lost Farmers in Heilongjiang

The factors to influence living quality satisfaction of land-lost farmers were analyzed by the Logistic regression model from four aspects of personal characteristics,material life,spiritual life and social security(including employment)based on the questionnaire survey data of 144land-lost farmers from Pingfang District,Linkou County,Qing'an County and Hailin Forestry Bureau with a typical agricultural modernization feature to provide a reference for relative policy-making of promoting living quality satisfaction of land-lost farmers in Heilongjiang.The results showed that the factors of gender,education level,family housing area, working hours per week,current employment,surrounding environment,land acquisition policy,medical insurance,endowment insurance,unemployment insurance have no significant effect on living quality satisfaction of land-lost farmers,but the factors of age,marital status,family income,Engel coefficient,per capita consumption expenditure,expenditure in culture and recreation,housing conditions and whether or not minimum subsistence allowances and employment have the significant effect on living quality satisfaction of land-lost farmers.
