Multiple-layer composite rhytidectomy

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects and value of the multiple-layer composite rhytidectomy for correcting the facial aging.Methods The operative procedures include multiple -layer dissection,Making lax and dislocated tissue reset.Subperiosteal dissection on forntal and zygomatic arch region,partial resection of forntal muscle,suspension of SMAS-platysma flap and orbicularis oculi,.Results All the 17 patients treated with above the methods were satisfied with the results correcting the facial aging,and beautiful facial contour.Conclusion The multiple-layer composite rhytidectomy is a safe,effective technique of correcting the aging face.
