Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the 3 monthes-6 years old children's serum lead level from child care clinical service,analyse the relative factors of the lead-poisoning.[Methods] 885 children in Dali community from 3-month to 6-year old were examined on serum lead level,questionnaire on living and diet habit was hand out to their parents.Statistic analyses were carried on the data results.[Results] The serum lead level of 3-month-6-year children was in the safe extent while the serum lead level of 3-month-6-year children was higher than safe extent.[Conclusion] The light to severe lead poisoning existes in 3-month-6-year-old children;more attention should be paid on health education about lead poisoning and correcting living and diet habit.
