Abstract
There is a close relationship between the economic growth and the transformation of industrial structure.This paper states the current situation of the economic growth and the industrial structure in Shandong Province,and analyses the relationship between them.Finally it proposes countermeasures which can help achieve a coordinated development of the economic growth and the industrial structure in Shandong Province.
