Damage control resuscitation for abdominal war injury

In recent years,the concept of comprehensive treatment for military trauma has been comprehensively updated.The application of damage control surgery has significantly improved the clinical outcome of severe abdominal injury.With appropriate surgical intervention,post-trauma fluid resuscitation plays an increasingly important role in the treatment of abdominal injury.The damage control resuscitation strategy addresses the importance of permissive hypotension and haemostatic resuscitation for patients with severe trauma,under the guidance of damage control surgical principle.
