ANALYSIS ON ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS OF 478 CASES OF LIVER ECHINOCOCCOSIS

[Objective] To explore that how to improve the ultrasound diagnosis rate for liver echinococcosis. [Methods] A retrospective analysis of eight years was carried out to analyze 478 cases of hepatic hydatid disease. [Results] In all cases, 468 cases were diagnosed as hydatid cyst with ultrasound diagnosis, seven cases of liver alveolar hydatid disease department, three cases of misdiagnosis. [Conclusion] Diagnosis rate of liver echinococcosis with ultrasound diagnosis is higher, and with important role for liver hydatid disease location and understanding of their relationship with the surrounding tissue, which can provide more reliable information on the clinical.
