Abstract

[Objective]To explore the liver damage induced by anti-TB drugs, clinical intervention was performed to ensure the systemic and thorough treatment of tuberculosis patients.[Methods] Through the retrospective analysis of the treatment of 153 patients with abnormal hepatic function, the effect of clinical interventions on different liver dysfunction was evaluated.[Results] Our result showed that 71 patients with mildly abnormal liver function which continued the original treatment plan under close observation, However, after performing clinical intervention, the symptoms of 82 TB patients whose ALT, AST and ALP were twice the upper limit of normal people, and their system was elevated or disappearat different in some degree.[Conclusion] In the course of anti-TB treatment, the monitoring of liver function should be strengthened.Based on the results of liver function, different clinical interventions should be taken to guarantee the systemic treatments of TB patients.
