Abstract
Objective To study the impoverished students' psychological health status,and to provide evidence for their mental health education.Methods By using Chinese Psychological Health Scale,2 013 students were investigated.Data were analyzed and compared.Results Among the impoverished students,the general score,score for each factor and the proportion of medium degree symptoms were all higher than non-impoverished students.There were statistical significance between impoverished students and the non-impoverished students on different sex,area and educational level.Conclusion Family economic is a key factor to students' psychological health.Impoverished students need more mental health service.
