Abstract
As a new solar cell material, further understanding the technology and performance of monolike crystalline silicon solar cells is necessary.Acidic-alkaline texturing of the wafers is discussed, and then the light induced degradation of the solar cells based on conventional process is tested. The monolike crystalline silicon solar cells show a relatively superior stability with the contrast of monocrystalline and multicrystalline silicon solar cells.Experiments show that mono-like crystalline silicon solar cells have certain advantages and broad prospect.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
