Clinic Effect of Nerve Block on Relative Neuralgia of Herpes Zoster and the Nursing on it

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the nerve block on the relative neuralgia of herpes zoster and the nursing on it. Methods Use the mixture of corticosteroid 1ml,2% lidocaine 2-3ml and sterile water 10ml to do the nerve block treatment on the local disinfected skin. Results The efficiency rate of the nerve block on the relative neuralgia of herpes zoster is up to 81.25%. Conclusion The nerve block treatment on the relative neuralgia of herpes zoster can immediately relieve the plainness. When accompanying with the nursing,the quality of sleep and live can be improved.
