Abstract

Legal protection relatively lags as the disputes of network virtual increases.Establishing basic law of network game for protecting network virtual is necessary need of industry criterion and development.Legislation of network vietual brings it into scopes of other legal property above all,uses adjustments of criminal law for stealing relatively large amount of it at the same time.
