Abstract

After three years of the Middle Upheavl, the regional situation plungs into the deep-water area: Firstly, the transitional states meet three dilemmas and missing the direction of future; Secondly, New Middle East returns to Old order; Thirdly, the regional power structures was fragmemted and Middle will become more turbulent; Finally, U.S. speed up the strategic contraction in the Middle East.
