Abstract
Objective A QuEChERS-TOF-MS/MS method was developed for determination of unknown pesticides residues in food and agricultural products.Methods QuEChERS method was used to extract the unknown pesticides residues in food and agricultural products.After importing data by PeakView software,TOF-MS/MS quality precision and isotopic distribution of each compounds,as well as the retention time of the standard solution and standard spectrum library were compared to calculate the matching degree and qualitatively analyze the target compound.Finally,the software of MultiQuant was used to quantify.Results Through the automatic correction system,the method for automatic correction,had accurate mass stability in a long time,and the quality of the system accuracy was less than 1 mg/kg.Conclusion The proposed method is suitable for screening of pesticide residues in agricultural products,and also suitable for routine detection of inspection department.
