目的: 调查 ox-LDL 的能力在 vitro 导致 endothelial 祖先房间(EPC ) 的骨化并且探索了是否氧化应力,特别组织缺氧可诱导的 factor-1α;(HIF-1α;) 并且反应的氧种类(ROS ) ,参予 ossific 过程。
