Study of Business Process Modeling Based on Object-Oriented Time Petri Nets

Abstract

Petri net is a graphical modeling method which is intuitive and easy to use.Petri net is a conventional method in business process modeling.The object-oriented method forms a system of the objects through message passing,which makes it easy to implement system modeling.Combining the advantages of both,the object-oriented time Petri net modeling is proposed.The Petri net models established through this method,with its good modularity and encapsulation,can overcome the complexity of the traditional Petri nets and other shortcomings,reducing modeling complexity and difficulty when the business process changes.
