Abstract

In the pot experiment, the Jatropha curcas cultivar FD-8 was used, and the effects of compound fertilizer application amount( 0—30 g / pot, equal to 0—4. 246 t / ha) on seed germination, seedling growth and nutrient uptake were investigated in autumn. The results showed that compound fertilizer application had significant accelerating effects on the speed of seedling emergence, seedling growth and the absorption of N,P and K. As fertilizer application amount increased, the seedling emergence rate, root biomass, ground diameter, stem height, dry matter accumulation and seedling quality index,as well as N,P and K accumulation in plant first increased and then decreased, but the N,P and K fertilizer utilization efficiency decreased significantly. Overall, the application amount of N( 28)-P2O5( 6)-K2O( 6) compound fertilizer of 10 g / pot( equal to 1. 415 t / ha) was the best for Jatropha curcas L..
