Abstract
[Objective] To reveal the relationship between recreational physical activities and quality of life in middleaged and young people in rural. [Methods] References, statistics and logical analysis study and comparative questionnaire were used in people whom doing recreational physical activities regularly and ordinary subjects. [Results] It was shown that recreational physical activities were significantly correlated with quality of life, such as amusement activity, stress control, active emotion and ability to do physical exercise. [Conclusion] Recreational physical activities are one of the important factors for improving the quality of life.
