Abstract
This report is a survey of the biochemical components of the nine types of algae spread on the east coast of the Red Sea near the city of Jeddah. Three of them belong to the brown algae are: Sargassam dentifolim & padina pavonica & Cystoseire myrica And three green algae, namely: Ulva lactuca & Grateloupia. & Halmida discodia And the remaining three from red algae, namely: Gracilaria sp. & Grateloupia sp. & Laurencia papillosa Included a chemical analysis conducted as a preliminary step estimate the percentages for each of the proteins, lipids, ash and total carbohydrates, and the results indicated the high proportion of proteins in green algae and red algae decreased, while the structure. The rate of lipid did not vary greatly between different species, and gave estimates of ash significantly elevated rates of algae structure. The results of carbohydrate did not take the direction of the amino acids studied algae in different proportions in question. The study recorded the part Allebede for fatty acids, and phospholipids, as well as on the rule of Alserbrosidat Alhaamadan Aldhnyen oleic and palmitic - were also important elements of assessment of ash, as well as monosaccharides for the nine different types of algae. Seathon see from the above that it can use algae feeding experiments, which added to the bush after the implementation of the following recommendations: 1 - enzyme treatment of algae or chemical or both, in order to soften the cell walls until you take advantage of the proteins to the fullest. 2 - modify the rates of essential amino acids to each other, and by adding the essential amino acids quantified until we get a proper balance between them. 3 - When you configure a hindrance nutrition must be taken into account the high percentage of ash algae.
