Abstract

This research seeks to show the scope of the principle of non bis in idem of chilean administrative law sanctioning. For this purpose, it analyzes its concept, constitutional basis and general characteristics, carrying out a review of the main complexities presented by its practical application and the solutions given by administrative jurisprudence. To conclude definitively that it has an application “ general rule” to the administrative order repressive.
