Abstract

In scientific drilling,the intelligent drilling parameters instrument( DPI- 1) is known asthe eyes of the drilling engineering. According to the requirement of a deep drilling project,this work designed a set of DPI systems,which can facilitate detection of multiple-path key drilling parameters,automatic generation of electronic class reports,establishment of a database systems,short-range sending and receiving signals by wireless,and remote network signal transmission. The test at the scientific drilling site proves that this system is simple and easy to install,with high precision,good stability,and strong applicability,and can be widely used in various types of drilling rigs such as the rotary disk drill,spindle-type drill,and all-hydraulic drill.
