Abstract
The adaptation of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) B_(836)F_(4) to Vero cells was studied. Results were as follows: Vero cell was suitable to proliferate IBDV; IBDV titer of the medium reached a high level. Three different additives were tested to protect IBDV during cryopreservation.
